Yum, it looks like you cook your poached eggs just how I like them! Still a bit runny but not gooey - heaven!
Now that's what I call "breakfast"! Well done clever chookie. I look at eggs that size though, and think "ouch".
kate, this looks like what i had for breakfast just the other day...only my yolk wasn't as yellow. nothing beats a poached egg - all mushy in the center, over toast.xxoobecky
